GDC 2011: The Birth of Pac-Man

Auf der Game Developers Conference hat Pac-Man Erfinder Toru Iwatanis einen Beitrag zu seiner Idee zum Spiel gehalten und 1up.com hat einen kurzen informativen Artikel dazu gepostet:

„Back then, there were no home games, and people had to go to the arcade,“ said Iwatani. „But that was a playground for boys. It was dirty and smelly.“

At first Iwatani thought he might make make a game involving fashion or romance, but decided there was something women like even more than those things: eating food!
